Changes to the Bye-Laws on the Grand Canal, Royal Canal and Barrow Navigation

Waterways Ireland will be consulting with individuals and organisations early in 2014 about the changes to the Bye-Laws contained in the Draft Canals Act, 1986 (Amendment) Byelaws, 2014. The consultation will open on the 6th January and close on the 3rd February 2014
Waterways Ireland has written to all the permit holders informing them that the consultation is taking place, and has invited the key organisations to meet with us to discuss the matter.
